GUEST SPEAKER
We are honored to have a guest speaker, Mr. Kevin Davis joining us for this meeting. The topic of his presentation is Risk Mitigation When Dealing With Civil Unrest. Kevin was the Police Commissioner for the City of Baltimore from 2015 through 2018 when Baltimore faced historic riots and the DOJ civil rights investigation.  He has substantial crisis leadership experience in the national spotlight while leading reform initiatives in the use of force, training, and technology that received international attention and accolades. He is an adjunct professor at American University and lecturer at The Catholic University of America, both in Washington, D.C.
